1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "Member", or "You") and Stich88 (hereinafter "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the Stich88 online gaming platform accessible at stich88.cam (hereinafter "the Platform" or "the Website").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or participating in any game, promotion, or wagering activity offered through Stich88, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must refrain from accessing or using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between You and the Company.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the Stich88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. Stich88 operates a strict 21+ policy for all gaming and wagering activities. It is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions to allow persons under the legal age to participate in gambling activities. The Company reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing wagers.
4. Single account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
5. Personal use only: Your account must be used solely for personal recreational wagering. Corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
6. Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, whether imposed by Stich88 or any other gambling platform or regulatory body.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

When registering an account with Stich88, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must keep your registration details up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Stich88 is required to verify the identity and address of the Player. The following documents may be requested:

• Valid Malaysian government-issued photo identification — MyKad, Driver's License, or Passport;
• Proof of current address — utility bill, official bank statement, or government correspondence dated within three (3) months of submission;
• A clear selfie photograph of the Player holding their identity document;
• Proof of payment method ownership, where required.

4.2 Verification Timeline. The Company will endeavour to complete KYC review within 24-48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Delays may occur where documentation is incomplete, illegible, or requires further review. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from withdrawal delays caused by incomplete KYC submissions.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password, PIN, or security details with any third party. The Company accepts no liability for unauthorised account access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security. You agree to notify the Company immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Stich88 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM50, unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods or promotions. The Company reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at its discretion.

5.3 Deposit Currency. All deposits made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) will be credited to your account in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. The Company accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via FPX, DuitNow, and supported e-wallets are typically credited to your account instantly. The Company accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

5.5 Fund Source. You warrant that all funds deposited to your account are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Deposits from funds derived from illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and who have met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds. Withdrawals of real-money deposits (excluding Bonus Funds not yet cleared) may generally be requested at any time subject to these Terms.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time. The Company aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts. Requests that trigger additional compliance checks may take up to five (5) business days to finalise. The Company accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions or payment processors.

6.3 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. The Company reserves the right to use an alternative method at its discretion and will notify the affected Player accordingly.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100, unless otherwise stated. Multiple withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold may be combined at the Company's discretion.

6.5 Withdrawal Limits. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your membership tier. Diamond VIP members benefit from enhanced withdrawal limits. Please refer to the VIP Programme terms for applicable limits.

6.6 Right to Withhold. The Company reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Conduct. All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections prior to confirming any wager. The Company will not accept cancellation or amendment requests once a bet has been placed.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game, event, and market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed at the point of wagering. The Company reserves the right to restrict individual Player stake limits at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected advantage play or system exploitation.

7.3 Voided Bets. Stich88 reserves the right to void bets where: (a) a technical error has affected the odds or game outcome; (b) a bet is placed on an event that has already concluded; (c) there is evidence that the bet was placed in bad faith; or (d) applicable regulations require the void. Voided bets will have the stake amount returned to the Player's account.

7.4 Sportsbook Rules. In-play markets for Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other supported events are subject to the specific rules of each sport and competition. Scores and results as determined by the relevant governing body are final for settlement purposes.

7.5 Live Casino. Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the respective game as explained by the dealer and displayed on-screen. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the Company's server log of the hand or spin result shall be considered final and definitive.

7.6 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the integrity of a game or wager, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. The Company shall have no obligation to honour winnings derived from malfunction-affected rounds.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by Stich88 are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires RM2,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is conferred.

8.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issue. Unclaimed or un-wagered bonuses will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's account at the end of the applicable window.

8.4 Maximum Bet Restriction. While Bonus Funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round is RM250, unless a lower limit is specified for the applicable promotion. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

8.5 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot titles typically contribute at 100% of stake. Table games including Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack typically contribute between 10% and 20%. The specific contribution table is available on request from our support team.

8.6 Bonus Abuse. The Company employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and wagering patterns that indicate exploitation of promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

8.7 One Bonus Per Person. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless the applicable promotion explicitly states otherwise.

9 Responsible Gambling

Stich88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that support Player wellbeing. The following provisions form part of these Terms and are enforced at all times.

9.1 Age Policy. The Platform is strictly available to persons aged 21 and above. This age requirement is enforced through KYC verification for all withdrawal requests and may be enforced at registration or at any point during a Player's activity on the Platform.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict or terminate their access to the Platform on responsible gambling grounds may request a voluntary self-exclusion period (ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion) by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours. Players who self-exclude agree not to attempt to circumvent exclusion by creating new accounts.

9.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions. Limit reductions are applied immediately upon request.

9.4 Reality Checks. Players may activate session time reminders at intervals of their choosing, prompting a review of session duration and net balance. These tools are available in Account Settings.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Stich88 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to assist in wagering or to exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of wagering fraud;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or malfunctions for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the Company's support team or other Platform users;
• Any activity that disrupts, damages, or compromises the integrity or security of the Platform.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Stich88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 The Company provides the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12.2 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 The Company's total cumulative liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

12.4 The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, internet connectivity issues, or technical failures attributable to third-party service providers.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of personal data submitted by Players is governed by the Stich88 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By creating an account and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

The Company implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Stich88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason. When material changes are made, the Company will provide reasonable notice via the Platform website, email notification to registered Players, or both. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between You and the Company relating to a wager outcome, account balance, bonus calculation, or any other Platform-related matter, you must first submit a formal complaint in writing to the Company's support team at the contact details below. The Company will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve the complaint within 14 business days.

15.3 Binding Decision. With respect to the outcome of any game or wager, the Company's server records shall constitute the definitive and binding record of the outcome, in the absence of manifest error. The Company's decision on all disputes is final, subject only to applicable law.
